It’s that of time of year again – we’re off to Harrogate this weekend to order more of our new 2010 dresses, and as we will be receiving our new collections through Autumn to early Spring, we need to make some room here in the shop!

We have a variety of beautiful samples we will be selling at half price or less, and will be featuring five of the best here on our Special Offer page this week.

Our fourth featured gown is Joy by Jenny Packham. Our Joy sample is less than a year old, in near-perfect condition and will fit a size 10 or 12.  We are offering this sample for £1000 – the cost for a new Joy is £2380 so that’s less than half price!

Jenny Packham is known as the Queen of the Red Carpet and her bridal collection reflects her love of luxurious fabrics and individuality. Her gowns are frequently seen on celebrities, both at weddings and the hottest premiers and events, and Joy is no exception – Debra Messing wore a peacock coloured version of this gown to the Oscars party- click here for a picture. Joy is a stunning, heavily embroidered gown with a keyhole split at the back and a decadant Egyptian or Art Deco feel. Perfect for a destination or vintage wedding, or even for a very special celebration or black-tie event.
