Katy Perry and Russell Brand celebrated their engagement at Il Cielo resturant in Beverley Hills on Wednesday night. Katy looked beautiful in a black Jenny Packham cocktail dress, and the couple enjoyed cocktails and cake with 50 of their family and friends. Russell Brand proposed on New Year’s Eve in Thailand. We can’t wait to see what kind of wedding dress she’ll pick!
